Stop Losing Time on Incomplete Loan Packages

Every time a required document is missing or incorrect, your deal slows down—and your customer starts looking elsewhere. At NuFin, we want to help you fund deals faster, so here’s your go-to checklist to get it right the first time.

Use this post to eliminate back-and-forth and keep your deals moving.

Required Documents for NuFin Loan Submissions

To approve and fund a deal, NuFin needs a complete and accurate package. Here’s what you must include:

Customer Documents

·     Credit Application
Submitted through your preferred system or our form.

·     Government-Issued ID or Driver’s License
Clear, legible, and not expired.

·     Proof of Income
Recent bank statements or pay stubs. Screenshots must include name, date, and transaction details.

·     Proof of Residency (if requested)
Utility bill or lease showing customer name and address.

·     Social Security Number (if applicable)
If the customer does not have an SSN, they may still qualify under our non-SSN program.

Vehicle Documents

·      Dealer Bill of Sale or Purchase Agreement
Clearly outlines sale price, down payment, taxes, and fees.

·      Installment Agreement

Common Mistakes That Delay Funding

Sending blurry or partial bank statements
Forgetting to check that all customer uploads are labeled clearly
Submitting incomplete applications without all income fields

Pro Tips to Speed Things Up

·     Use NuFin’s Quick Eligibility Form before submitting full documents
·     Upload missing documents using our secure dealer upload link
·     Label files by document type and customer name (e.g., “Jane Smith – Pay Stub”)
·     Wait to mark the deal "Pending Review" until everything is uploaded

Final Thoughts: Complete Packages = Faster Funding

When you send a full package, we move fast. That means fewer headaches, faster turnarounds, and more happy customers driving off your lot.
